**Q: Do you do contact lens exams/fittings?**
A: We carefully evaluate eye health and lens fit to make sure lenses are comfortable, safe, and accurate—plus help you explore options if you’re considering something new.

**Q: Do you use advanced technology?**
A: Yes—digital retinal imaging and advanced scanning for faster, more comfortable exams andaccurate results, as well as comprehensive diagnostic equipment for diagnosing andtreating medical eye conditions.

**Q: Do you do routine eye exams?**

**Q: Can I book online?**
A: Yes, for your convenience you can book online anytime.

**Q: Do you sell safety glasses?**
A: Yes, we do. We offer a variety of safety and protective eyewear options for both work and sports. We can also help you choose the best style and fit based on your needs.  

**Q: How long does an eye exam take?**
A: Usually 30–45 minutes, depending on glasses/contacts and any additional testing—thorough, efficient, and never rushed.

**Q: Do you take walk-ins?**
A: When the schedule allows, yes. However, we recommend booking ahead to guarantee a spot, but we do our best to accommodate walk-ins.  

**Q: Can I use my own frames?**
A: Often yes—we can install new lenses into your frames after our optician checks suitability.  

**Q: What if you don’t take my insurance?**
A: No problem. For patients out-of-network, we have a special program that makes it simple and affordable: 20% off all frames (including premium lines) and 50% off your second frame. If you wear contacts, we have top manufacturer rebates and 50% off sunglasses. Would you like me to set up that exam for you?
